EQ And You: Enhance Your Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is one of the most important factors of advancement. EQ has the power to move an entire team and/or company forward. This is especially true when it comes to things like diversity, inclusion, conflict resolution and company morale. When people receive proper emotional intelligence training they are able to excel in high stress environments, resolve personal and professional issues from a healthier, more productive standpoint, and work more effectively on teams. This session will help individuals understand, apply, and enhance their emotional intelligence. Lena Cohen explores real life events and experiences that professionals deal with on a day-to-day basis.
