Thomas has extensive experience in employee recognition, safety, and sales and marketing of recognition and award programs with large and small companies. Thomas has delivered presentations to safety associations and groups, as well as organizations in the mining and construction industries. Thomas has also served on the board of Promotiona Products Association Southwest.
